Pink stand-up pouch material and thickness
For an optimal balance between cost and protective performance, we recommend an ET (outer layer) / AL (barrier layer) / PE (inner layer) structure with a thickness of 120 microns (4.72 mils / 0.12 mm). This is sufficient for everyday food products such as coffee beans and snacks.
For applications requiring higher weight capacities or larger sizes, we recommend a PET/AL/NY/PE structure with a thickness of 140–180 microns; the NY (nylon) layer provides superior tear resistance. This configuration is ideal for products weighing over 1,000g, such as cat or dog food.
pink stand-up pouch printing method
You can flexibly customize the printing method according to your own requirements, so that your costs can be better controlled.
Digital printing: Suitable for a minimum order of 500-5,000 pieces. The advantage is that it has high flexibility and is suitable for the low-cost and small-batch test market. But the average unit price will be slightly higher than gravure printing.
Gravure printing: Very suitable for quantities above 5,000, the cost of mass production is evenly spread over each pink stand-up pouch and the average unit price is low. Can support up to 10 colors printing.
Inner printing: The pattern is printed on the inside of the outer film before lamination. The outer film will protect the printed pattern and reduce the risk of pattern wear due to friction. This is a common printing structure for pink stand-up pouch.
Surface printing: directly use the finished pink stand-up pouch for surface printing. This method can only print simple text and patterns, and the ink is exposed and easily scratched and peeled off.
